Shelley Lamansky Harrison, of Richardson, TX, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend, born July 18, 1935 in Lake Charles, LA passed away October 5, 1999. She is survived by her spouse James Walter (Buddy) Harrison, 6 children ­ daughter and son-in-law, Shelley Marie Harrison and Randy Pearce of Garland, TX, son and daughter-in-law James Myron and Lois Harrison, of Redmond, WA; son Patrick Morgan Harrison of Garland, TX; daughter Elizabeth Anne Harrison, of Dallas, TX; daughter and son-in-law Katherine and Val Joiner of Sachse, TX; son and daughter-in-law Michael and Susan Harrison, of Plano, TX; sisters ­ Enloe Lamansky Clark, Marthanne Lamansky Bello of Lake Charles, LA; brother ­ Irving Lamansky of Minneapolis, MN and 9 grandchildren; Leslie Fuller, Jacob Harrison, Shelley E. Harrison; Melanie Williams, Michael P. Harrison, Kaleb Jackson, Cheryl Harrison, James D. Harrison, Lee Harrison-McKinney; granddaughter Aimee Lynn Harrison predeceased her; 7 great-grandchildren
­ Taylor Winship, Christopher Rubiano, Matthew Fuller, Sara Fuller, Jonathan Fuller, Rebeka Harrison and Adam Roscher; mother-in-law Mary Harrison, brother-in-law Patrick Morgan Harrison, of Richardson, TX; sister-in-law and brother-in-law Peggy and Roy Gober, of Nacogdoches, TX, sister-in-law Margaret Harrison, of Austin TX and several cousins, nieces and nephews.

Shelley attended LSU and McNeese State College. She was a member of ISPE, INTERTEL and MENSA. She was First Vice President & Director of New Hearts & Lungs.

Celebration mass: 1:00 pm Friday, October 8, 1999 Saint Joseph Catholic Church, 600 South Jupiter Road, Richardson, TX 75081, 972-231-2951. The family will receive friends after services. Shelley donated her body to the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to memorialize Shelley may make a contribution in her name to the organization New Hearts & Lungs c/o Barnett Tower, Suite 404, 3600 Gaston Avenue, Dallas, TX 75246-1804, 214-824-6718.
