Hello there! I have been highly interested in holography for awhile... when I shot a couple of them back in college, it seemed really expensive for an amateur practice, but now, this pointers achievement has encouraged me to give it a try. But my question is more concise: the holograms you talk about, Frank, are reflection or transmision ones (this is, can you reconstruct them on white light or you need the original source beam?). Thanks, I'll be around!

Frank and my initial work were with reflection holograms. And yes they can be viewed in white light. And they
are display quality. Frank has quite a few posted on his site and I have a few on mine: www.3dimagery.com
Hope you get back into it! 216.164.138.28

Hey, from someone who is currently in a holography lab, you might want to know that transmission doesn't negate white light illumination. You can laser light or white light illuminate either...its a different setup for transmissions though.... 18.206.0.22
