Holograms on candies?

I am a holographer, enthusiast since i still have a lot to learn. I use film and plates but i am trying to develop beyond those. That¥s why i ask for your help. While surfing, i came up to two sites that took my attention and now i am trying to learn more on how to. One is www.lightvision.com They have made holograms on candys, chocolate, lollipops!. Can you imagine that. So, why i am still struggling versus plates and film? Another: www.holophile.com They have a miniature holographic kiosk where they project, yet small, moving images of 3D people. They name it "Spectral imagery" So... looks i have a lot yet to learn.
