this would be quite simple, the only problem would be getting a model of the universe to stay on your isolation table 134.226.1.28

This feat was actually accomplished by the well known French holography group. Their name who name excapes me now,(I believe it was AP Holographie, or something like that). Their pieces were the hit of the English holography exhibition held in the city of Bath in 1983. The hologram of the galaxy was a one meter by one meter plate, white light illuminated, and the image projected about 4 to five feet in front of the plate. It was stunning. I am still trying to figure out what they used to simulate the gaseous regions and the stars. You had to see it to believe how well they pulled it off.
