Holograms of Photos

If anyone out there could fill me in on the specifics of making a hologram from a 2D image (yes i know the holo will be a 2D image) and then copying it quickly i would greatly appreciate it. I'm a security consultant working for a small company in the middle of no where and i think adding inexpensie holograms of the company logo to the building access cards would be a nice touch (and hopefully ensure that they keep me around for a little while longer). If anyone has any suggestions or info about forming the hologram and then easily duplicating it, I would greatly appreciate it if you emailed me directly at heiwad@cs.com. Thank you.
