Did you ever hear from Frank? I placed an order 2 months ago for a laser power supply kit and have not heard anything. His web site describes them as always available. I have e-mailed and called a couple of times. I don't want to pester Frank but I am starting to wonder...

I still have heard no word from D & S Lasers. It has been 2 1/2 months. I have left many phone messages and e-mails. I even tried his home phone just to see if maybe he had a bad answering machine on the business line. I have never heard or received a single thing from Frank of Sam. I decided to spend my extra cash on plates and chemicals. I only have a 2' * 2' table, so bigger plates is a diffuculty anyhow.

I have collected a large collection of information on consumer rights and tools for resolving these sorts of problems both on the federal level and in Pensylvania. If you desire contact me and I can give them to you. I was able to get a response from Frank by mailing him a letter. You may wish to do the same. First, I want to apologize for what is an obvious area of incompetence on my part regarding this. Colin, I have sent your kit this morning via overnight express mail and you will have it by 3:00 p.m. tomorrow (thurs). Paul, I just sent you an Email confirming your address and I will send you a refund on the unit that you shipped back. If I hear back from you today, I will send it out today and send along the tracking number for you as well. Rene I sent you an Email as well. I really do want to get ALL of this straightened out -- and now.
Excuses? I'm not going to give any, as it's my own fault. I enjoy holography as it's been my life and want to make things right.
I DO totally understand and if I were on the receving end I would not be happy about it either.
I'm asking to please accept my apology . . . and to know that I'm going to take corrective action and that these instances were totally due to incompentence on my part, and not ill intent.
