Humidity and temperature?

Hi, I'm a amateur holographer. I'm going to construt new holographic lab. I could not get a good hologram in present lab. I want to know what % humidity and temperature is good for holographic lab. I have known storage condition for holographic film(B640) should be cool, around 4C but not below 0 C. Always holographic lab should be cool like storage condition for film? Also, I use BB640 plates. Until the plate is dry after developing and bleaching, What % Humidity is good for the plate? Have humidity influence on the hologram until it is dry? Please, let me know about these.
