Hello all
I have searched for a while for a blue diode laser wich
is good for holography ( tem00 ,5mw ...).
The only one I have found was from Power Technology .
They said it has coherence long enough for holography.
Does anybody know of other blue diode module 5-30 mw
good for holography?
Thank You hope someone can help on this.

I had this in my bookmarks. I have not found out the
coherence length however.

Lobel-
What holographic film do you plan on using with a blue
laser?

PFG-03C would work for full color (with three lasers) and
dicromates are sensitive to blue as well. The slavich web
site has specs. 63.193.192.72

Here is another one from the same site:

Hello All
I want to thank all and in particular to Collin for such a short an valuable
answer.
From what I could see the blue diode
http://www.laserpointer.net/bluelaserdiode.html is not an option becouse of
the life time/price component.I belive the 500 hours life time is becouse some
of the produced diodes actualy have a short life time of 500 hours. So to buy
this diode will be like lottery. For thouse knowing the long hours needed for a
good holographic setup 500 is not good enough. The other diode (module)
http://www.laserpointer.net/bludiodmod.html has very attractive price (even
when compared with the Power Technologies module. On the Power Technologies
module from what I know it has a much longer life time.
However no data on the choerence lenght of this module is available.
Does anybody actualy used this diode module or Power Technologies one
for holography ?
Thanks All
