The topic text is usually used as the title and header for the new discussion thread's page. It should be meaningful, while short enough to avoid line-wrap if possible. Please try to not create a new thread when a topic is already being covered by another.
The large window of text will accept typed in text, and should "autowrap" when you get to the right margin of the window. Paragraphs are automatically made with an extra carriage return when in "plain text" mode (this is default). The forum now supports html coding, but please keep it simple, and think of others when pointing to a large graphic or photo and bringing it in to your post -- many people are still on dial-up modem connections. To make your post in html, just choose the html radio button before submitting the post. If you choose html, you must code your message as if it were a web page. If you do not know html code, please do not use this feature.
You may find that you need to use the RELOAD button on your browser to see your new thread or a reply to an existing thread.
Abuse of this forum will result in notification of the poster's Internet service provider. School-aged children will use this forum so keep it clean. Your ISP address is logged when you post.
