Probably error typo but in case of the storage is good for 1 year, how they deal with this long period. DCG must be freshly made before shooting, is it not ?
I just talked to Integraf and the gentleman there stated that the PFG-04 DCG plates are good for 18 months but the 4x5 plates they had were dated 04/02 which made them 2 years old. He wanted to give me a 30% discount but 2 years was too old for me. So I ordered some 8x10's which will not arrive for about 7 weeks.
So it seems the 12 months average is the correct statement. I believe I read somewhere that they add something to get the longer shelf life which decreases sensitivity somewhat. I will research and see what I find.
